The Montalvo Corporation, an international industry leader in web tension control products and services based in Gorham, ME, has promoted interim CEO Russ Hall to chief executive officer (CEO).

Robin Goodwin, executive chairman of Montalvo’s Board of Directors says, “Russ has taken on increased leadership responsibilities since joining Montalvo in 2019. He is an excellent choice to be Montalvo’s next CEO, continuing our long-standing tradition of best-in-class service and support to all of our customers and partners.”

Managing director Edwin Montalvo says: “Russ Hall moves into the CEO position with the full support of the Montalvo family and the company’s board of directors. Prior to his taking on the responsibilities of the job on an interim basis, Russ did a stellar job serving as director of North American Sales and other positions. We know he will do the same as our new CEO and offer our congratulations. The team is 100% behind you, Russ!”

Hall has already been involved in and will continue the work of expanding Montalvo’s market share, improving Montalvo’s product line, and strengthening Montalvo’s international presence. Hall moves into this new role with over 35 years of business and leadership experience spanning a large variety of previous positions ranging from technical sales and support, customer service, sales management, and executive leadership roles.
